Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Carrots

  • Vegetable oil

  • Prunes

  • Water

    1,5 л

  • Tomato

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Minced meat

Prepare the products. In a saucepan, pour water and put on fire.

Measure out the required amount of lentils. Washed.

Chop the vegetables and prunes.

In a pot of boiling water, lay the washed lentils and chopped potatoes. Cook until cooked. Salt.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Arrange the onion, carrots, tomato. Fry for 5 minutes.

Divide soup into 2 parts.

In vegetable version of the soup, add half of the cooked mass of the roasted vegetables and the chopped prunes. Bring to a boil and remove the pan from the heat.

Ground beef ( lightly salted) make meatballs. We put them in the pan with fried vegetables. Fry the meatballs for 3-5 minutes. Then the meatballs with vegetables put into a second pot of soup. Bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve the soup by adding fresh herbs.
