To talk about taste and making the famous soup "Rassolnik" can be long and thoroughly. It is better once to try... to cook it more often. Today I have a soup with bulgur. Try it!)))

Ingredients

  • Goose

  • Bulgur

  • Brine

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

Prepare the products.

Goose legs wash, pour 2.5 liters of cold water and cook for 2-2. 5 hours. A little salt towards end of cooking. Take out the meat, let cool slightly, and finely chop.

Wash the bulgur and pour in the broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Wash, peel and cut into dice the potatoes. Send it in a pan with the barley. Continue to cook.

Chop the vegetables. Fry them in vegetable oil, adding in the last chopped tomato.

Now it is time to refill our soup. Add the chopped boiled meat, fried vegetables and a glass of brine. Give boil soup. Add the chopped herbs and 2 Bay leaves. Turn off the heat. Allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
