Cooking
Boil until tender the potatoes, water, salt, can add flavor to Bay leaves ( remove it later!)
Disassemble on inflorescences and boil cauliflower
Blend the potatoes and cabbage, add potato broth to get the consistency of sour cream
Add the cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper, boil down a bit
In the package, mix the flour, paprika and salt, put it in the onion rings and shake well
Dip rings first in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs
Spread onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment, sprinkle with oil, bake in the oven at 180° until Golden color
Serve the soup hot or warm, garnished with onion rings and sprinkled with chopped peanuts
