Soup-puree of cauliflower
This soup combines a variety of structures - a gentle soup and crispy onion rings with peanut crumbs that makes it simply unforgettable

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 г

  • Cauliflower

    300 г

  • Cream

  • Vegetable oil

Boil until tender the potatoes, water, salt, can add flavor to Bay leaves ( remove it later!)

Blend the potatoes and cabbage, add potato broth to get the consistency of sour cream

Add the cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper, boil down a bit
