Cooking
Red speckled beans.
The beans I soaked for 12 hours. Then washed and put in the bowl multivarki. Poured hot water ( 400 g ) and included slow cooker for a program control with a temperature of 100 degrees.
Beans cooked a little over an hour and added the vegetables.

Shifted to beans. One sliced onion put raw.
Cut the pepper and also put it in the slow cooker.
Stir contents of the slow cooker.
Added the chopped herbs and all the seasonings - spices.
Purified from the skin of the tomatoes sliced and shifted to the vegetables in the slow cooker. ( Tomatoes filled with boiling water, and in three minutes the water leaked. If it is very hot tomatoes, you can cover with cold water, and then to peel them.)
Prepared nuts and garlic.
In vegetables topped up with hot water 300 ml. Per minute until the end off the slow cooker added the garlic and nuts. Mixed vegetables and left for few minutes under closed lid.
Vegetables half shredded in a large bowl with a hand blender.
Cut vegetables, tomatoes and leeks.
They put in a large container. The sons mixed it in my bowl mixed with boiled Jasmine rice. And I liked it more without the rice.
The dish turned out very tasty, hearty and very flavorful!
