Cooking
In warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar and salt. Let stand for 5 min.
Slices slice olives and add to milk, mix gently. Add rice first, then wheat flour and knead the dough. Add the olive oil and knead some more. The dough is slightly sticky, but add more flour is not necessary
The dough is put in a bag and drop into a pan of ice water. After 20-30 min. the dough floats, it is ready
