I think everyone can find his own version, because they are very different, made on the basis of black, green or white tea with the addition of various fruits, honey and brown sugar. The first option that we will prepare will be based on black tea with grapefruit, orange, lime and honey. In the original recipe, all the fruit, just cut into slices. Tea in this case it turns bitter, and kids generally don't drink. So I advise you to cut the grapefruit fillet and add a few strips of the peel, thereby completely eliminating the white part and baffles, which provide the bitterness, but retaining the taste and smell of the fruit.
You should boil 1,5 l of water. Brew 4 tsp of black tea in a few minutes.
Add chopped fruit and honey. Stir and chill in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Serve over ice.
The second option is based on white tea with strawberry, mango and pineapple. Clean the fruits, cut them in cubes. The pineapple don't forget to cut out the hard core.
Boil 1,5 l of water and brew white tea within a few minutes.
Add sliced fruit and chill in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Serve over ice. You can add leaves of fresh Basil.
The third option - based on green tea with Apple, pear, ginger, soda water and brown sugar. Apples and pear cut into cubes. Peeled ginger pieces.
Boil 1 liter of water and brew green tea in a few minutes. Add the chopped fruit, brown sugar. Cooled in the refrigerator for 3-8 hours. Before serving add club soda and ice.
A fourth option based on the black tea, star anise, canned peach, pineapple and dried cranberries. Canned fruits should be cut into slices. Star anise - crushed in a mortar.
Boil 1.5 liter water and brew 4 tsp of black tea and star anise for a few minutes.
Add the chopped fruits and dried cranberries. Cooled in the refrigerator for 4-10 hours. To serve with ice.
