Cooking
Shallots finely shinkuem.
This bright cranberry, flecked with frost!
In the saucepan pour fresh orange juice, ginger ale, put the cranberries, onion, orange zest, sugar, bring to a boil. Cook the sauce over low heat for about 25 minutes or until the liquid is reduced in volume in 2 times. Remove from the heat, cooled.
Put cooled sauce in a blender brought until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the Turkey. Help yourself!
