Macaroons
The authorship of this recipe belongs to Nadia (GadenKa). Separately because it is not paved, and some povaryata not averse to treat yourself to this delicacy, I decided to prepare these cookies and share them with You! (Nadya, hope you don't mind?)

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    1 стак.

  • Sugar

    0.5 стак.

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 пакет.

  • Egg white

    1 шт

  • Cognac

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

First, pour the almonds in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, to make it easier to clean it from the skin

Pour water out and clean the nuts

Spread nuts on baking paper and dried them in the oven

Prepare the dough: in a bowl pour the sugar, vanilla sugar and ground nuts. Then knead all firmly beaten egg whites and a couple of dessert spoons of cognac (ideally it is better to use almond essences).

Making cookies and spread on a baking paper. I sculpted by hand without the use of flour - the dough is slightly sticky, but tolerable. I got 9 cookies

Bake in the oven until Golden brown (NOT PEREDERZHIVAT!!! - otherwise there will be dry).
