The recipe I found in the magazine "Lisa", but slightly altered! Turned out pretty tender and tasty dessert!

Cooking
Prepare pudding with milk and sugar heated until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil!
The flour will dilute a small amount of warm milk, add vanilla.
Pour the flour to the milk with the sugar, add the egg and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Pudding leave to cool. Now for the base. We will need the usual cookies.
It must be crushed into crumbs. Because of blender I have, I cookies broke, folded in the package and kneaded with a rolling pin.
Then you need to mix the crumbs with melted butter.
Put the mass into shape and flatten. This is our basis.
Grease with half of the pudding base and put it into the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Now let's prepare the filling. Cheese, yogurt, sour cream, eggs and sugar...
Let's thaw the raspberries (it is better to take fresh), add to the stuffing. The juice does not pour!
Now for the apples. Cut into big pieces and butter simmer with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Add the wine and simmer for another couple of minutes.
Pour the filling on the base.
Add the apples to the stuffing and bake it in the oven for an hour.
When will take about 50 minutes, grease the top with remaining pudding and bake a cake-the cake in the oven until cooked.
The last step I forgot to take a picture. You need juice to prepare the jelly, pour it over the cooled cake and send it to congeal in the fridge. Also I apologize for the quality of some pictures - my mobile can not on much(
