Ingredients

BlackBerry put in a saucepan together with the sugar, bring to boil, boil for 3-5 minutes (I used frozen berries, thaw them beforehand).

Berries RUB through a sieve. I got 150 ml berry puree.

Gelatin to dissolve in hot water (60 deg) and stir thoroughly. Allow to cool to room temperature. I used gelatin TM Dr. Oetker.

Yogurt is divided into 2 parts. One part is to enter a few tablespoons of berry mixture, mix well.

The dissolved gelatin is spread evenly over three cups: with berry puree, yogurt, and BlackBerry yogurt. Don't forget that packet of gelatin with a capacity of 500 ml. Adjust the volume of the mixtures, if necessary.

Portion in a transparent bowl spread a few tablespoons of BlackBerry puree, put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then a few tablespoons of BlackBerry yogurt, put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then put pure yogurt, to clean the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
