Champagne jelly
Great dessert to end Christmas night! Preparing it is easy, makes a delicious dessert with a rich flavor of champagne.

Ingredients

  • Champagne

    250 мл

  • Mandarin

    1 шт

  • Brown sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Gelatin

    10 г

  • Whipped cream

  • Cranberry

    3 шт

In a saucepan pour 80 ml of water, add brown sugar (TM Mistral) and chopped zest of Mandarin. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat, add the tangerine juice and gelatin. Stir the gelatin needs to dissolve completely.

Strain through cheesecloth. To pour champagne.

Fill the glasses and refrigerate until firm.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and cranberries. Bon appetit!
