Cookies for Breakfast
I have recently discovered quinoa and now offer you a surprisingly delicious, hearty, flavorful and healthy biscuits, ingredients one of which is quinoa. This cookies are perfect for Breakfast or an afternoon snack. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

Cooking

Prepare quinoa. To 1 Cup of water take 1/2 Cup of quinoa. Bring to a boil, reduce fire and cook until tender. Quinoa is cooked pretty quickly. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. I used quinoa TM "Mistral".

Mix dry ingredients: flour, soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.

Using a mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy state.

Gradually beat in the mixture of dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

Add oatmeal, prepared quinoa, chocolate chips and nuts. Stir and allow to stand for about 1 hour.

Put on the trays with parchment paper. The dough put a tablespoon (with slide) at a distance of approximately 2 cm.
