Grape jelly with fruits
This easy jelly dessert will be the perfect end to a festive meal. Will appeal to both adults and children!

Ingredients

  • Juice

    400 мл

  • Gelatin

The pulp of pomelo remove the membranes, cut into large pieces.

Grapes cut in half.

Water pour in a saucepan, add the sugar and lemon zest. Boil for 3-5 minutes.

Strain syrup, cool slightly. Pour gelatin (gelatin I TM Dr. Oetker), stir well and allow to cool to room temperature. The mixture with the gelatin pour in the grape juice, stir.

In a La carte dishes to put the pieces of pomelo, pour part of the juice, put in refrigerator for 20 minutes before light curing. Then put the halves of grapes and pour the remaining juice. Put into the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until fully cured.
