Lean rye biscuits
From flour, water and oil make a beautiful crumbly biscuits. Do not even say that they lean.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3/4 стак.

In a Cup combine all the flours, baking powder and sift into another bowl. Add salt, pour the oil and water and knead a soft dough. I do not advise to replace wheat flour completely in the rye, the dough will not roll out. It will just crumble. If there is no linen, replace simple.

Let stand in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes and roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm Cut the cookies in convenient shape.

Bake at t=170 min about 15-20 min. Remove and allow to cool.
