Pumpkin-oatmeal cookies with cranberries
Delicate homemade cookies made from pumpkin puree, cereal, mayonnaise and fresh cranberry. Its aroma, colour and taste will cheer up the gloomy autumn day. Pumpkin, cranberry and mayonnaise "Maheev" - a delicious autumn combination!

Pumpkin puree I cook so. The pumpkin is cut into pieces, smeared with butter in the oven until soft (45 minutes). Cut off peel and remove seeds and fibers. Turn the pulp into a puree using a blender. Pumpkin puree for this recipe you will need 2/3 or 1 Cup.

Cranberries wash and drain off the water.

Enable to heat up the oven and prepare a baking sheet, zastelil and brushing it with oil. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, baking powder, ginger, salt and soda.

Separately mix the mayonnaise with the two types of sugar. Grind using a blender, add the egg and pumpkin puree.

To mayonnaise-pumpkin mixture to enter the flour in three stages. Stir, add raisins and cranberries.
