Pumpkin puree I cook so. The pumpkin is cut into pieces, smeared with butter in the oven until soft (45 minutes). Cut off peel and remove seeds and fibers. Turn the pulp into a puree using a blender. Pumpkin puree for this recipe you will need 2/3 or 1 Cup.
Cranberries wash and drain off the water.
Enable to heat up the oven and prepare a baking sheet, zastelil and brushing it with oil. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, baking powder, ginger, salt and soda.
Separately mix the mayonnaise with the two types of sugar. Grind using a blender, add the egg and pumpkin puree.
To mayonnaise-pumpkin mixture to enter the flour in three stages. Stir, add raisins and cranberries.
Tablespoon put the dough on a baking tray, shaping the future of cookies at a small distance from each other. A little advice: very "peek-a-Boo" berries can be slightly pressed into the dough, otherwise they will burst when baking.
