Jelly pumpkins and quince
Parents were treated to a huge pumpkin, so I had to figure out what to cook from it. Since I love desserts, but lately I try to eat healthy food, I think of me with this recipe of jelly. Tasty, gentle, natural, perfect for children.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 г

  • Quince

    2 шт

  • Lemon

    1/3 шт

  • Water

    750 мл

  • Cinnamon

    1/3 ч. л.

  • Vanilla

    1/10 ч. л.

  • Gelatin

    15 г

  • Nuts

    20 шт

  • Sugar

    5 ст. л.

Cooking

Clean the pumpkin from seeds, veins and skins. Quince cut out the core.

Cut the pumpkin pieces randomly, put in a saucepan.

The quinces and cut the lemon into there. The lemon pre-remove the skin, remove the seeds. Add water, put on fire.

After boiling, add the cinnamon, sugar, vanilla (possibly other seasonings as desired, sugar can be more if like sweeter)

Cook for 20 minutes under the lid on low heat until tender pumpkin and quince. (If you have small pieces, it is possible and less)

Cast saucepan with 200 ml. of water, allow to cool a few minutes. Dilute gelatin in it. Leave for 10 minutes.

Pumpkin mixture along with little water grind in a blender, make puree. At this stage you can stop, as the sauce is very tasty=) But we still go ahead=) Add puree to the gelatin solution, pre-strain it (to avoid indissoluble lumps) Pour it into bowls, or any dishes (cups, bowl, etc.) After cooling, put into the fridge.

Decorate with nuts, cinnamon, mint leaves and everything you want=)

Generally inside you can add pieces of fruit/dried fruit. I didn't do it, but I think it should be delicious. Bon appetite=)
