Tartlets with raspberry jelly
I propose to diversify the holiday table dessert tartlets! Sand tarts, chocolate, and bright raspberry jelly and berries! Part of the summer cold in the winter! What do you need for a perfect end to the celebration!?

Ingredients

  • Tartlet

  • Raspberry

  • Dark chocolate

  • Brown sugar

    150 г

  • Gelatin

    2 ч. л.

In a saucepan pour 2/3 Cup cold water, add brown sugar (TM Mistral).

Add the raspberries and put on fire. Part berries to leave for decoration.

Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Soak gelatine in 2 tbsp cold water.

Raspberries to drain in a sieve, drain.

Hot crimson water mix with gelatin, bring to a boil. Cool.

Chocolate to melt on the superconducting bath.

Brush to grease the tartlets with melted chocolate inside. To give the chocolate to harden.

When the jelly has cooled down, put it on the tartlets. Allow to solidify. Decorate postponed berries (can be immediately or when the gel solidifies).
