Cookies not much happens! Recipe sweet crackers based on corn and rice flour will help to vary the menu on a gluten-free diet and to please our kids!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Corn flour

  • Rice flour

    50 г

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Soda

Mix the dry ingredients - corn flour, rice flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, soda.

Add the butter and RUB into crumbs.

Add sour cream and knead the dough.

Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.

Then roll out the dough into a layer on a sheet of parchment and cut cookie, and together with the transfer sheet on a baking sheet.

Grease cookies with condensed milk with a baking brush. If condensed milk is thick, it should be slightly diluted with water.
