Orange dessert with ice cream and raspberries
For the attention of the cook jelly dessert with a twist that will intrigue the kids and just cheer up.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 мл

  • Ice cream

    100 г

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Raspberry

    100 г

  • Gelatin

    20 г

  • Water

To give the ice cream gonna melt at room temperature. Add a teaspoon of gelatin, let stand for 3 minutes. Then slightly heated (in the microwave for about 30 seconds to put it) and stir well, until dissolved gelatin (follow instructions for dissolving the gelatin).

Pour ice cream in a silicone ice-cube molds and put into freezer.

Meanwhile, wash the oranges, clean. Using immersion blender (I have a special attachment for the extraction of the juice) chop the oranges.

Strain the freshly squeezed orange juice through a strainer or cheesecloth.

In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and remaining gelatin and let stand for 3 minutes. Then slightly heat and stir to dissolve gelatin and sugar (follow instructions for dissolving the gelatin). Add water with gelatin orange juice and stir. In a bowl put the raspberries.

Then, the frozen pieces of ice cream.
