Description

Cooking
Gelatin pour 75 ml of cold boiled water. Give a little stand and to swell.
The remaining 150 ml of water bring to the boil, put the blueberries and sugar to taste. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
In the end add cardamom and wipe the syrup from the berries through a sieve.
Gelatin dissolve (do not boil!) on a small heating.
Berry syrup is a little cool. Combine with the gelatin and pour in kremanku. Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Ready! Enjoy the bright blueberry flavor combined with spicy cardamom!)
