Cooking
Make a batter. For this mix the flour, water, salt and sunflower oil. Knead a thick dough and leave on time, prepare the filling.
In the curd add sugar and mix well.
Raspravam dried apricots with boiling water and finely chop. Add the dried apricots in cottage cheese and stir.
Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll out tortillas and put the filling.

And then presses the edge to the center.
Placinta fry in sunflower oil on both sides until Golden brown. It is served warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
