Pink sauce for cutlets
The meatballs in this sauce becomes more fragrant, tender and hearty. The sauce is delicious and looks very appetizing. Choice of any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    800 мл

  • Mushrooms

    150 г

  • Flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    1 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Coriander

  • Greens

  • Beets

    100 г

Prepare your favorite meatballs.

Onions and mushrooms finely chopped ( I coarsely cut, because some of the harmful members of my family don't eat them and for them, the mushrooms will have to catch), beets grate on a fine grater. Add the lemon juice.

Put in a bowl with hot oil and simmer for 15-20min.

In 200ml milk to dissolve the flour that would avoid lumps. Add salt and coriander.

The remaining milk bring to the boil and pour it in the milk with the flour in a thin stream. Allow to thicken over low heat stirring constantly.

Add the sauce to the mushrooms and beets.

Drown in it the meatballs and put out 5-7min. on low heat, occasionally stirring gently. Off. Add the finely chopped garlic and greens. Let stand 15 minutes.
