Cooking
Whisk in a bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, kefir and salt. All products must be at room temperature.
Add wheat and rye flour, bran and semolina. Continue whisking. Gradually adding flour, to make it the proper consistency of the dough - it should be pretty thick, hard to slide off the spoon.
Wait until the dough will fit. It will take about an hour. If there is no time to wait, you're just adding to the dough a pinch of baking soda and stir. Bake pancakes on medium heat.
