The recipe was born by accident, of the availability of the products in the refrigerator. It turned out very tasty, easy on the stomach and fast.

Cooking
Spinach wash and clean the zucchini
Zucchini cut into small pieces
Grind zucchini in a blender or in a food processor ( you can grate)
Spinach pour boiling water and leave to stand for 5min, then drain the water and rinse the spinach with cold water.
Spinach or squeeze dry with paper towels and finely chopped
Grate cheese on a medium grater
Add the zucchini, spinach, cheese and eggs
Mix dough gradually adding the flour, season with salt to taste.
Fry pancakes in vegetable oil (pancakes from the frying pan lay on paper towels to remove excess oil). You can eat without anything, and it is possible with sour cream. Bon appetit!
