  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Milk

  • Banana

  • Cranberry

  • Egg white

Beat egg whites to a light foam with the salt and cinnamon.

Add banana cut into small pieces. Mix well.

Add the flour. Stir until smooth and gradually add milk. The dough on density should be as sour cream.

Gently stir in the cranberries. If you like more sweet taste, you can add honey, stevia or increase the amount of banana.

Preheat the pan, put a tablespoon of the pancakes, reduce the heat to low, cover. As soon as the surface "grab", turn over and fry on the other hand (also covered).
