Cochinita (comes from the Greek word Kokkinos, red) is one of the ways of cooking in Greece with the use of tomatoes. Offer one of the recipes traditional homemade Greek cuisine, very economical and eeeeeveryone delicious!!!

Ingredients

Chicken legs coat the 2 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and thyme. Put in a pan, add 2 tbsp. water, put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200'.

After 5 min add rice to vegetable mixture, stir, add 2 tbsp. water and put in the oven for 1 hour.

After 25-30 min, stir the rice. In an hour the surface of the rice should be bletsa and brown to light brown color.
