Spaghetti with peanut sauce
A very original recipe for fans of peanuts and Thai cuisine. The sauce and pasta are cooked in one dish at the same time. This dish can feed unexpected guests at a large company.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    360 г

  • Broth

    1100 мл

  • Garlic

  • Carrots

  • Sweet pepper

    1 шт

  • Green onions

  • Peanuts

    150 г

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Ginger

    1 шт

  • Paprika sweet

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Lemon

    1 шт

Cooking

Chop the garlic, ginger, roughly chopped, carrots and peppers cut into thin strips, chop the onion.

In a wok or wide pan pour water ( or vegetable broth ), add all ingredients except pasta and lemon juice ( or lime juice )

Bring contents of skillet to a boil and put the spaghetti.

Reduce the heat and cook, stirring frequently, until all the liquid is absorbed.

From ready-made paste you can remove the ginger slices, pour lemon juice ( or lime ) and serve, garnished with herbs and nuts.
