Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into cubes, salt, pepper, season with spices to Your taste (I had the chicken seasoning) and fry in sunflower oil chunks until Golden brown.

Add to the pan the oil and fry the carrots grated on a coarse grater.
Pour pots of hot water for 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
Drain the water from the pots. To put them in the roasted meat.

Chop the garlic and put one clove in each pot
Pour the potatoes, pour beer (5-6 tbsp) and add hot water so much that it was obvious under the potatoes. Season with salt and spices.
