Chicken fillet cut into small pieces (5mm thick), bell pepper cut into thin long strips, tomatoes cut into cubes, cut mushrooms, cut into rings hot pepper, finely chop the ginger.
Chicken fry in oil over high heat. Take out and put in a bowl.
Fry chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spicy tomatoes) soy sauce about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Take out and put in a bowl.
Two minutes fry the mushrooms on high heat. Add to it chopped ginger.
Then add to it with fried vegetables and meat. Stir, season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Spread on plates and eaten hot (cold is not too bad). Bon appetit.
