The rice soaked, onions, carrots, garlic clean and wash. The seasoning mix.

Onion cut into half rings, carrots cut into strips and fry until soft. Garlic cut in floors, spread in a deep bowl.

Roasted onion and carrot put in a bowl with the garlic. Also in a bowl put the rice and a portion of the mixed seasonings and mix everything together. Add salt to taste.

Pork fry. Pilaf I cooked in the roaster. A roaster is smeared with oil, lay fried pork, sprinkle with salt and mixed seasoning.

Put mixed pork products. Fill with boiling water to 1 cm above the level of our "mix". Cook at 180 grams. 45 min. after 45 minutes turn off the oven and allow to stand for another 30 min.
