  • Milk

  • Water

  • Potatoes

    3 шт

  • Flour

    1 стак.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Butter

    40 г

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

To prepare the following products

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater (like for pancakes)

Grated potato squeeze through cheesecloth

To the potatoes add a pinch of salt, an egg, half a Cup of flour

Knead a soft dough. Roll into a sausage, cut into pieces

To form small balls-dumplings

In a saucepan add water and milk. Salt. Bring to a boil. In the boiling milk, lower the dumplings, mix well. Cook the soup on low heat for 7-10 minutes. In the finished soup add the butter. Serve hot. Bon appetit!!!
