Romanian dill soup with meatballs
Interesting soup! The smell of butter, dill and potatoes will evoke you to memories of early summer. This dish is recommended for normalizing blood sugar.

Ingredients

  • Shallots

  • Sunflower oil

  • Flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    200 г

  • Water

    1 л

  • Potatoes

    3 шт

  • Minced meat

    200 г

Cooking

Shallots and dill finely chop.

Form the meatballs. Do very. very small balls.

Sour cream mix with water

Potatoes cut into cubes.

In the pot pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, put on fire. Add the butter and when it gets going, add the onion. And then the sliced fennel. All mix well for 1 minute. Toss in the flour. Stir and pour sour cream with water. Bring to a boil, add the potatoes.

Cook until cooked. Add meatballs one at a time. For full flavor pour 3 tbsp of lemon juice. Salt. You can invite for dinner! Romanian dill soup is ready!
