Chechevitza to sort, wash and throw into boiling water
The first option is the onion fry until Golden and throw in the finished soup. Lentils completely dissolve, cook for another 5 minutes with the onions.
Option two - leave the onions raw and put, when the volume of liquid decreased by 1/4, and cook with onions until reduce by 1/3.
Sprinkle with salt and serve, sprinkled with herbs and breadcrumbs. Bon appetit!
