Pods of sweet pepper wash, dry, neatly cut off the tails with the "caps" and remove the seeds. Cook hard-boiled eggs, remove the shell. In the middle of each pepper to enclose the egg.
Cheese grate, add the crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix all until smooth.
Complete tightly stuffing the remaining voids in the pepper and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
A very sharp knife, lightly moistened with cold water, cut the cooled peppers into neat slices of equal thickness, lay on a plate. BON APPETIT!
