Jam jelly with rose wine
Unusual dessert for adults. Nice as it is in itself, and as Supplement in other dishes.

Ingredients

  • The wine dry rosé

    400 мл

  • Brown sugar

    300 г

  • Cinnamon

    1 шт

  • Carnation

    3 шт

  • Mandarin

    1 шт

  • Garnet

    1/2 шт

  • Pectin

    20 г

Pour the wine into a saucepan, add the cinnamon, cloves, zest. Zest is better not to grate, and to remove a thin layer and cut into thin strips.

Bring to a boil, add pomegranate seeds and cook on minimum heat for 5 minutes.

Demerara sugar from the Mistral mix with the pectin.

Sprinkle the sugar with the pectin in the wine and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into sterile jars.

The cooled jelly to store in refrigerator. If you cook jam jelly without a grenade, you can safely store it at room temperature.
