Description
Simple zapekanka in the microwave.
Ingredients

Potatoes
3-4 шт

Zucchini
1 шт

Chicken egg
2 шт

Garlic
2 зуб.

Cream
1 стак.

Cheese
1/2 стак.

Butter
1 ст. л.

Black pepper
Cooking
Form for baking grease with oil and lay the garlic finely comminuted
Potatoes cut into strips and put in our pan
Zucchini cut into circles and put on top of potatoes
And so on up to the top, alternating layers, each layer to salt and pepper the top layer must be a layer of potatoes
Cream mix with eggs
And pour this mixture our vegetables, sprinkle cheese on top (I have unfortunately not)
Cover with a lid. put in the microwave on full power for 30 minutes. the finished casserole should be easily punctured in the middle
Here is our casserole is ready
