Creamy cupcake
This is a traditional old recipe of the town of Kentucky a state in the Eastern USA, South-East of the Centre. If you manage to visit the town Ketaki, don't miss the opportunity to try this pie. The recipe is easy, it's unusual casting. If making for adults add to the sauce, Bourbon or cognac and your cupcake will appreciate. And if children, then instead of alcohol, add the water or any fruit juice.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour a 24 cm cake pan. Beat with a mixer butter and sugar until creamy.

Add the eggs one by one beating well after each. Add vanilla. Stir together flour, soda and baking powder. Prioritization on a low speed pour in the yogurt, then pour the flour and yogurt again and again in the flour. And so until the whole yogurt and whole wheat flour. Mix well until a homogeneous mass.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 170*C for 50 minutes.

10 minutes before ready to prepare the butter sauce. Mix sugar, butter, water, vanilla, and an alcoholic. in a small pan and heat on medium low heat until dissolved but do not bring to a boil.

Put the cupcake out of the oven. To pierce holes with a wooden skewer and pour the butter sauce laying out of shape.
