Cooking
In warm milk add salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well. Pour half a Cup of flour, stir and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place
Add restofline oil, spices, egg, and protein from a second egg. Mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour. Knead the dough. Add the vegetable oil, a little more to knead the dough and leave it for 1,5 hours in a warm place.
Divide the dough into small kolobochki, roll each quite thin. Put in the center of your favorite toppings. I have jam and dried lime.
To take rolls as pasties. To make cuts around the edge as pictured. Beat the remaining egg yolk, brush the buns. Send in the oven at 190 grams to Browning. I use a silicone baking Mat, so it does not smear.
