Millet muffins with prunes
Delicious scones quick cooking buckwheat cereal with prunes for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Prunes

Prunes rinse, pour hot water, leave for 15 - 20 minutes, then drain the water. Prunes are finely chopped.

Millet flakes pour hot milk and leave for 5 minutes.

Add brown sugar, mix well.

Add the egg and vegetable oil.

Prunes and mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 7 equal parts, form into balls and slightly press.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put the billet rolls, each grease with vegetable oil. Bake the buns in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on oven).
