Muffin
These buns are very good with soup or as a bread under the sausage, cheese or butter.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 пакет.

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the milk, butter and salt, a bit of heat (oil should melt). In milk mixture add the yeast mixture and egg, mix well (better mixer). Gradually add flour, whisking continuously. When it will be hard to stir the batter with a mixer, put it on the table (previously floured) and knead, adding remaining flour until it's elastic dough. Pan grease with vegetable oil and put the dough, covered with cling film or a damp towel. Put in a warm place for an hour.

Remove dough, place it on the table, cut into serving pieces. Each piece roll the flagellum.

Each flagellum tie into a loose knot, and the ends to hide in the middle.

Again leave to rise for 1 hour.

Before baking brush with beaten egg

with the addition of 1 tbsp milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
