The needed products. The photo is not the cinnamon-I forgot.
In a bowl sift the flour, add the salt, sugar, ground cinnamon and stir with a spoon. In warm to lukewarm milk dissolve the yeast (if using dry, they are either mixed dry with the flour or pre-dissolved in milk with a pinch of sugar and let the mass be well suited to a cap). Egg yolk stir with a fork (I added a teaspoon of vegetable oil for Shine. This mixture lubricates our bun and send in a preheated 200° oven. ( I have electric) Bake for about 40 minutes. Mine baked in 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Readiness check with a wooden splinter.
Our bread is ready! Place on the grill, that would be cool.
With strong tea or coffee, but with butter... Sooo good!
