Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into slices.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, cold butter (cut into cubes).
RUB butter into flour, add sugar.
Pour the yogurt, knead the dough. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. See for yourself, I added more flour. You may need a little more yogurt. (in the photo the dough is a little watery)
So our sauce. In a pan melt the butter, cane sugar and cinnamon, put in this mix our apples. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. In the future we're going to pour the dessert is ready.
In a separate bowl combine egg, cinnamon and a couple tablespoons of sugar. This mixture will lubricate the rolls before putting it in the oven.
Back to the test. On a floured Board roll out the dough to 1cm, aspect ratio 2:1.
One half of the dough put apples from our sauce is better with a fork, without extra liquid.
Cover with second half of dough.
Oven on 220 degrees. Cut with a sharp knife into 9-12 pieces with egg mixture, put on parchment, bake for 12-17 minutes. Look at the ruddy crust.
