  • Millet

  • Flour

    250 г

  • Rye flour

    250 г

  • Water

  • Yeast

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

Boil 100 g of millet, TM "Mistral" and 350 ml. of water porridge.

The yeast and salt to dissolve in 250 ml. of warm water, add flour and millet porridge. Knead the dough for 8 minutes, close with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 min.

Flatten the dough into a 9 round rolls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. To give time for 15 minutes. Lubricate the tea and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed or pumpkin seeds.
