50 grams of quick-cooking oatmeal, fill with water 1: 1, cover and leave. Meanwhile, let's get nuts.
Take different nuts, who wants to can add only one kind of nuts, but the taste will not be so, of course. Here they are, already chopped: walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
In our ready yeast dough (savory, who wants to - can sweeten this I do not, because the filling will be sweet, and I'm not a sweet tooth) and mix up oatmeal, our nuts and oatmeal. Due to the fact that oatmeal is our "wet" oatmeal is very good friends with all the dough.
Then things are even simpler. Make the patties: divide the dough into pieces and "wrap" the filling (mine is poppy-seed filling). Optionally, you can take something else- the jam is thick, for example.
Generated these are "dumplings".
Grease the pan and put in pre heated oven at 180 degrees. For 20-30 minutes, depending on oven. Should appear Golden brown.
