Muffins for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 стак.

  • Milk

  • Yolk egg

  • Sugar

    150 г

  • Butter

    150 г

  • Yeast

    20 г

  • Salt

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Sour cream

    1 ст. л.

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add 2 tbsp of sugar.

When fermented, add half of the flour and put in a warm place.

The dough should increase in volume by 2 times.

Add salt, the yolks whipped with sugar, melted butter and remaining flour.

Knead the dough, sprinkle with flour, cover and put in warm place to rise.

For lubrication of the rolls sour cream mixed with flour and melted butter.

When the dough doubles in volume, cut it into small buns out onto a sheet covered with baking paper and let rise in a warm place (I covered with a towel) 20-25 minutes. To grease a surface with sour cream, sprinkle with sugar and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 230 C.
