Buns with cheese, mushrooms and greens
Everyone knows that mushrooms, greens and sour cream - a great filling for cakes! This time I decided to use fermented baked milk, because this milk product I just conquered - thick and soft, incredibly delicious and most importantly fresh!!! Try!

Ingredients

  • Milk ghee

First, I prepare fermented baked milk. It is very simple, using a bacterial starter culture "Natural yogurt" and yogurt maker thermos from "OURSSON". Jar for cooking milk to sterilize them. Use baked milk at room temperature.

In a clean and dry jar pour the sachet of starter culture "Natural cheese".

Add baked milk.

Close the jar lid. Shake it for 2-3 minutes so the yeast has dissolved. In a thermos pour hot water up to that mark. Put the jar with the milk mixture in a thermos, close it. Leave for 6-10 hours. I have kefir prepared 8 hours. After cooking, put the jar of yogurt in the fridge.

Cut the mushrooms and onions.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil, spread the onions and mushrooms.

Fry for 10 minutes. Salt.

In a Cup put fried mushrooms with onions and chopped fresh herbs.

Cut into mini rolls with a width of 4-5 cm.
