Pea pancakes with bacon
I suggest to try savoury pancakes: pea. They are perfect as a side dish or a snack, delicious both hot and cold. Peas goes well with smoked meat, so add a bit of bacon or any smoked meat according to Your wishes. Serve these fritters with sour cream, very delicious, hearty and original!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    220 г

  • Milk

    250 мл

  • Yeast

    12 г

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

    2 щепот.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Peas

    150 г

  • Bacon

    50 г

In warm milk add sugar and yeast. I use instant dry yeast SAF-MOMENT.

Add the remaining ingredients except the peas and bacon. Stir well.

Pre-wash the peas and soak in cold water for a couple of hours. Then boil until tender. At the end add salt.

With the help of a blender grind the peas into a puree. If necessary, add water.

Add the pea puree to the dough.

Add the chopped bacon and mix well. Bake pancakes, greasing the pan with oil.
