Ingredients

Make stuffing: to twisted meat add finely chopped onion, rice, butter, dill, salt, pepper.

Put all in a pot, cover with a plate, fill with water or broth (the water enough to 1 finger covering the plate with water), sprinkle with salt and put on low heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Now prepare the sauce: mix the egg with the lemon juice and starch, put the pan on a slow fire and, all the while intensively stirring with a whisk, pour the hot broth from cabbage (about 1 Cup). Once slightly thickened, remove from heat. Ready! Substitute a bowl!!!
