Easy cold kefir soup, like hash, with fresh cucumber, this soup was taught to me in Turkey, I offer it in the heat!
Ingredients

Cooking
Wash and peel the cucumbers from the skin
Grate on a grater

Add yogurt and water, stir

Dried mint or lemon balm (to taste - garlic salt, to whom it is necessary)
