Zrazy loves my husband, but it so happened that I never him they are not prepared. And today, 23 February, I decided to please his beloved. I got here these festive pancakes with a surprise. My husband was thrilled, and asked to cook them more often.

In mashed potatoes add the egg and flour.
And give everything a good stir.
Fry the mince with onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut into small cubes cheese and butter.
On a plate pour the breadcrumbs, they spread a tablespoon of mashed potatoes. Flatten with a spoon. Sprinkle a teaspoon of meat, a block of butter and cheese.
Gently with your hands to form a "cake" and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put in a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
